As needed, we offer a two hour class on Saturdays to teach the basic movements of CrossFit in a smaller setting. This helps increase confidence and understanding of the variety of weightlifting and gymnastic movements that are done in future group classes.

Dr. Patrick Berner is a Doctor of Physical Therapy as well as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. His goal is to help improve the health and well-beign of the individual. He can help teach people how to get the best results out of their workout and stay healthy through physical therapy, nutritional coaching, and lifestyle coaching.
